• Build a real flat instead of a stand
• Build up an aquarium with 2 tonnes of water. It is the most silent stand
• Design a stylish construction to fit the concept

Team building beyond geographical boundaries. An hour-long game with in-jokes and Easter eggs from the life of the company

Aim:

The aim is to bring employees from different cities together and get to know each other

Solution:

We organized a team quest which included avatars, various roles and plot

Participants were so immersed into action that most of them started to see some secret messages even where there were none. That’s btw how we spotted some bugs on the website

The aim is to come up with a strategy for online promotions to get IT specialists acquainted with an agenda of the conference

Solution:

Inspired by a famous conspiracy which says that the world is run by a secret society, we started sending real emails сontaining Easter eggs to IT spesialists.
Clues and hints were placed everywhere. There were neon symbols projected on house walls. Also people could find banners with secret messages and QR-codes leading to the project website

Gamification-based approach to immerse employees into the life of a company, and to shape their involvement in the brand

Aim:

The aim is to create an offline activity for employees to partake in retreats

Solution:

  • Board game ‘Meme-battle' based on in-jokes from employees and companies

IT NIGHTS OFFLINE

  • The conference turned into a non-stop party, which became such a memorable moment for everyone. The IT-world has never seen anything like that before
  • One of the participants stayed awake for 72 hours to make sure he did not miss anything
  • The conference chat room (600+ participants) remained active for another year

Solution:

A night out was organized, taking into account the interests and behavioral patterns of IT people. All that was presented in a sauce of knowledge, hard skills and networking

The aim is to enhance the bank’s techno-brand among its target audience and attract 630 IT professionals

Solution:

  • We organized the image event
  • We invited a powerful influencer IT-Boroda to be the MC
  • Participants were engaged via Easter eggs and meme-battles

Borjomi Ambassadors

The project has benefited, for example one employee solved the problem of the lack of water coolers in Borjomi’s production facilities with the help of the community

The aim is to boost the HR brand through organics, namely on behalf of the team and through the employee audience

Solution:

  • The process of content creation by employees was set up to build trust with the target audience and introduce users to the corporate culture
  • We have built a community where each employee is able to present his or her own project to improve working conditions

Online City Day

The first City Day held online. 85% of citizens has joined the live stream, which is an enormous victory!

The aim is to celebrate the City Day of Innopolis in the hardest period of a total lockdown

  • Massive flashmob was organized. It gathered all the citizens on their balconies to perform a final song altogether. (Yep, like they do in Italy, but even better!)
